Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong leadership and strategic skills to manage both an internal social media team (5 people) and client relationships. This role goes beyond content creation—it's about leading a team, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and aligning social media strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can drive growth, oversee multiple projects, and ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Team & Project Management: 

• Lead and manage part of the social media team, including content creators, designers, and community managers. 

• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and oversee project execution to ensure high-quality output. 

• Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to team members to enhance performance. 

• Optimize workflows to increase efficiency and creativity within the team. 

• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices across the team. 

Client Management 

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations. 

• Develop and present social media strategies, campaign plans, and performance reports to clients. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are met through our digital efforts. 

• Handle crisis management and reputation control for clients when necessary. 

• Collaborate with both, internal and external, departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging. 

Skills and Abilities: 

• Proven experience in a leadership role within social media, marketing, or digital communications. 

• Excellent client management and interpersonal communication skills. 

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. 

• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing trends.
