The Purpose of Your Role

We’re seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This exciting role involves leading our social media efforts across multiple platforms, creating innovative strategies, and delivering compelling content that enhances our brand presence and resonates with diverse audiences. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring partial onsite work. Candidates must be located in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area.

As a Social Media Manager, you play a critical role in driving brand awareness, community engagement, and measurable growth across our channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, engage with audiences, and develop campaigns that propel our business forward. Your ability to stay ahead of social trends and platforms will ensure our brand remains relevant and impactful.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies (organic and paid) for multiple lines of business, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

  • Manage and maintain a robust social media calendar, collaborating across teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

  • Create, produce, and edit engaging content tailored to platform-specific audiences while staying ahead of trends.

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of social channels, including content scheduling, monitoring, and audience engagement.

  • Build and nurture online communities, collaborating with creators, encouraging employee advocacy, and participating in trends.

  • Design and implement influencer strategies to manage partnerships and drive brand visibility.

  • Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize social media activity.

  • Stay informed about algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage multiple social media and communication projects.

  • Manage and report on social media marketing budgets.

What’s Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant work experience.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, supporting multiple brands in an enterprise environment.

  • Proven expertise in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Google My Business.

  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Oktopost, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

  • Familiarity with social media analytics and ROI reporting.

What's Preferred

  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Monday.com).
