Responsibilities:
- Work alongside brand team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
- Concept, film, and edit thumb-stopping and engaging content that reflects Blueland’s core content pillars
- Management and day-to-day maintenance of social content calendar
- Support management of influencer and content creator relations
- Track and analyze key metrics (engagement, impressions, growth, etc.) and optimize content based on performance
- Use insights to recommend and implement improvements to social strategy
- Craft captivating captions that reflect Blueland’s brand voice
- Ensure all content aligns with Blueland’s tone of voice - bold, optimistic, and mission-driven
- Work collaboratively across brand marketing, growth marketing, creative, digital, product and retail teams to support company initiatives on social media
- Assist larger strategic plans with competitive research, landscape analysis and audits that take social trends and leverage relevant opportunities to keep Blueland at the forefront of cultural conversations
Qualifications:
- 3+years of experience in social media management, ideally in consumer brands or startups
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- A knack for brand content creation, both in-front of & behind the camera
- Experience with analytics tools (Sprout Social, Later, Google Analytics) and social media reporting
- Proficiency in AI tools (like ChatGPT) to enhance efficiency and optimized content
- Ability to write compelling, on-brand copy and a knack for storytelling
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with influencers or managing influencer programs
