THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Social Media Manager on our Marketing team to amplify our brand awareness. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube) and working across a variety of stakeholders around the company to ensure our marketing campaigns, products, people, and culture are showcased to the world in a creative way. This includes running the day-to-day calendar over all channels, coming up with creative ideas to activate, and analyzing engagement to guide decision-making over content. You will report into the GVP of Marketing and work cross-functionally across Zeta. Ideally, this role will sit out of one of our offices in Los Angeles, New York City or Nashville. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management, growth, and development of all corporate social media platforms. 
  • Develop and implement the strategy for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, product launches and releases, employee outreach, and thought leadership initiatives.  
  • Ideate and create compelling and innovative content in the form of videos, reels, clever copywriting, and images to enhance engagement.  
  • Execute the editorial planning process and establish a content calendar.
  • Manage any social media adjacent external agencies and freelancers.
  • Advocate for and uphold the social strategy in collaboration with the creative team and ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor community engagement, competitive activity, and feedback with strategies for response as needed.  
  • Generate and curate content for fostering internal employee engagement via our employee advocacy platform.  
  • Develop global social and influencer strategy and engagement plan.
  • Measure and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and optimize future campaigns.  

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing professional specializing in social media, preferably with some B2B or technology experience
  • Strong ability to lead through influence by building collaborative relationships with marketing and cross-functional leaders across the company  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories  
  • Keeps a pulse on the latest social media trends and innovations to stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape
  • Proficient in social media publishing, listening, and analytics tools
  • Skilled in converting social media metrics into actionable insights, creating data-backed reports to guide recommendation and strategy

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00, depending on location and experience.
