OVERVIEW
The Social Media Specialist will report to the Community Sourcing Senior Director and is primarily responsible for DataForce by TransPerfect B2C interaction through BtoC Social Media accounts to build brand awareness, engagement campaigns, paid advertisement and continuous support of the sourcing efforts.
DESCRIPTION
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns
- Create, manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital advertising best practices and technologies
- Collaborate and work in conjunction with and cross-functional team members to produce top performing social media communications
- Communicate with influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
- Monitor online feedback and build social listening internal process
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms and their best practices
- Experience with doing audience research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- English bilingual

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years minimum of experience as a Social Media Manager / Social Media Specialist / Paid Media Specialist or similar roles.
