About the role
LifeMD is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to strategize, build, engage, and administer our social media accounts, as well as develop and manage meaningful relationships with influencers to enhance our social image to help us achieve our marketing goals. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and being active with our followers. Being up to date with the latest digital and social media trends while possessing excellent communication skills is a must. We need someone to express LifeMD brand views with originality and creativity and to ensure high levels of customer engagement through positive interaction and community building.
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for daily posting and scheduling on Facebook and Twitter as well as assisting with posting and scheduling for various other platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, and TikTok
- This role works collaboratively across teams to roll out launches and features, deliver on sponsorships, manage social partnerships, and collaborate on growth strategy
- Manage day-to-day posting, editing, and optimization of content on multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram
- Master LifeMD's editorial voice
- Work closely with stakeholders to roll out stories and features across social
- Work with sales to deliver on sponsorships via social posts
- Creating internal content
- Along with a passion for storytelling and attention to detail, the candidate must have in-depth social media experience and a proven history of growing social audiences
- The role is intended for someone who cares deeply about the important topics we cover, has strong writing skills, knowledge of analytical tools, and is enthusiastic about social media and influencer marketing
- This person has an instinct for what’s on and off brand, has an eye for powerful visuals, understands how data can inform a smart editorial and social strategy, and is an expert at juggling multiple projects, managing deadlines, distilling social numbers into actionable insights, and advocating for strong social content across the organization
- A minimum requirement of 4 years of social media experience
- Positive team player and an enthusiastic work ethic
- Familiarity with LifeMD's content, tone and voice
- Salary Range: $75,000-$105,000
