The Position:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the team to implement our social media strategy, build a social media calendar, and experiment with extending the reach of organic content with boosting and paid campaign strategy. This individual will partner with the content team on content development, consumer engagement, and brand tone and voice. The position will be a public representative of the GameChanger brand and must be protective of its consistently positive positioning.
What You'll Do:
Implement an organic social media strategy across all platforms, focusing primarily on but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
Create content calendars and a social media road map, align and communicate plans with the full Go-to-Market team (e.g. partnerships, marketing design, product marketing) and cross-functional partners (CX, product, engineering, legal, PR), as well as DICK’S Sporting Goods social media and PR teams.
Work with the content team on the creation of social media content and post social media content, including use of video and graphics and management of social posting software.
Monitor social media performance analytics; create and share performance reporting on a weekly and monthly basis. Coordinate performance analysis and optimization improvements with paid media agencies where applicable.
Respond and engage with the social media community on a frequent (3–5x per day) and on-going basis to foster engagement and build an identity as a social-forward brand.
Identify additional opportunities and channels for investment based on audience insights and competitive analysis.
Who You Are:
When it comes to social media, you believe authenticity > formulaic, raw > perfect, and cool > boring.
Proven experience (3–5+ years) as a social media manager or a related field.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective social media strategies.
In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience with major social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of content creation, curation, and storytelling.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and basic knowledge of video editing.
Ability to manage and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and organizations.
Experience working in a start-up to scale environment.
Previous SaaS experience in both B2B and B2C preferred.

The target salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.

Compensation Range: $110K - $130K
