About The RoleAre you a bold, creative operator who knows how to grow an audience and turn it into customers? Join Chandler Bolt and selfpublishing.com to run point on short-form content, community, and distribution across our brand and Chandler's personal platforms.
Your focus is clear: Grow both profiles, own the pipeline of content and creators behind them, and ensure that growth translates into revenue.
Your Mission & Results
- Content & Growth: Run point on short-form content strategy, calendar, and publishing for selfpublishing.com and Chandler Bolt's personal channels. Grow reach and followers on both.
- Distribution & Community: Get content in front of the right people — push videos and key posts into our Facebook groups and communities. Reply to comments and DMs and keep the audience engaged.
- Pipeline Management: Coordinate and quality-check content from other creators and editors.
- Conversion: Treat content like a funnel, not a post. Improve hooks, CTAs, and story flow to drive DMs, clicks, and applications — not just views.
- Goal: Grow reach and engagement on both profiles while turning that growth into booked calls and sales.
What You Bring
- 2+ years creating and growing short-form content, with real examples of accounts you've grown.

- Expertise in: Editing (Premiere/CapCut/Final Cut), Social Graphics (Canva/Photoshop), Community Management, Distribution, and Performance Insights.
- Comfortable being judged on revenue, not just reach.
- Genuinely enjoy being in the comments — replying, engaging, building relationships with an audience.
Compensation & Details
- Location: In-person role based in our Westlake (Austin) office.
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000
