Job SummaryWe are hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to lead and scale social media strategy across multiple client accounts. This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a proven track record of growing large, engaged audiences.
You will own the end-to-end social media lifecycle-from strategy and content creation to analytics and team leadership—while mentoring a team of Social Media Managers and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter (X)
- Create and oversee high-quality, engaging content (graphics, video, photography, and copywriting) using tools like Adobe Suite and Canva
- Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and campaign timelines
- Lead social media storytelling and brand voice development for multiple clients
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Conduct ongoing social listening and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Present strategies, reports, and insights to clients in a clear, compelling manner
- Manage client communications, approvals, and workflows via social media management tools (e.g., Loomly)
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative assets and campaigns
