As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for creating engaging organic social media content, moderating and monitoring our social media channels, managing our employee advocacy program, and monitoring our brand's reputation and sentiment online. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
What you’ll do:

Organic Social Media Post Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals. Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely content production.

Moderation and Monitoring of Social Media: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions. Respond promptly and appropriately to maintain a positive online presence and engage with our audience. Alert key people within the organization to trends and follow-ups.

Employee Advocacy Program Management: Manage and promote our employee advocacy program. Encourage employees to share company content and engage with the brand on social media.

Reputation and Sentiment Monitoring: Use social media monitoring tools to track brand reputation and sentiment. Analyze data and provide insights to improve our social media strategy.

Reporting on Metrics: Track and report on key social media metrics. Share insights and performance data with stakeholders to inform and improve social media strategies.
What you’ll bring:

2 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices

Familiarity with reputation management and sentiment analysis

Strong content creation and editing skills

Experience with social media monitoring and analytics tools

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities
