Position Summary

As a key member of FMC Pakistan’s marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing ARC farm intelligence & Parvaaz initiatives by delivering actionable data insights and ensuring projects remain on track. Simultaneously, you will lead FMC’s social media strategy, expanding our digital footprint across platforms to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. This position is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to utilize their knowledge and experience in marketing communications and marketing while they further develop their strategic leadership skills.

Location: Head Office Lahore, Pakistan

The Role (daily responsibilities)

  • Analyze agricultural data, identify trends, and translate findings into strategies that support farmers and stakeholders.
  • Create actionable, executive-level reports translating complex analytics into clear business insights.
  • Track KPIs, evaluate project data, and generate regular status reports to guide stakeholder decision-making.
  • Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars across all platforms.
  • Craft compelling narratives, visuals, and posts that highlight FMC’s innovation and impact in agriculture.
  • Coordinate with design team to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Monitor social media insights, trends, and competitor activity to optimize performance.
  • Run paid and organic campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions, and prepare performance reports.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects from inception to completion.
  • Create project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments marketing, sales, design, and vendors.

The Candidate (requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management, data analysis, and/or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and current social media trends.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with input from various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up execution.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 2–3 times per year).
