Social Media Manager || Dehradun

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager with 5 years of experience in handling organic and paid social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and paid advertising, helping clients build their brand presence and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the client’s brand voice and goals.
• Design and implement advertising strategies across social platforms to maximize ROI.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to enhance engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives.
• Provide detailed performance reports and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices to ensure effective campaigns.

Requirements:

•  5-6 years of experience in social media management and paid advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Proven ability to create and execute data-driven social media campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
• Excellent understanding of content strategy, engagement tactics, and brand positioning.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media automation and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

• Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Knowledge of email marketing and lead generation.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
