About the SMM / Content Creator Role

As a Social Media Manager at Chowdeck, you will be responsible for handling our online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements, improve brand awareness and target audience, public relations & resolutions as needed while managing existing social media marketing platforms, advertisements and ensuring high levels of page traffic and customer engagement.

As the Content Creator at Chowdeck, you will be responsible for creating, copywriting, reviewing and editing content; original text and video content, for the company which will be published in the company’s social media pages and websites. You will also be responsible for researching on the key SEO hashtags, and implementing them in the content to gain maximum exposure.

We're looking for gen-zers who are great communicators, strategic, has a bank of ideas and spends at least 3-hours every day on social media platforms, keeping up with trends, growing audience and can hack the system.

Our team is small but highly accomplished, so your voice will be heard and your ideas will make meaningful contributions to the business. You’ll be working with the Marketing and Design team on content, plans, strategies, visual assistance and aesthetics.

We'll trust you to:

• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
• Stay on top of trends
• Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications.
• Develop and define KPIs and KPAs for social media campaigns.
• Monitoring and influencing the company’s website and social media traffic statistics
• Optimize SEO driven content and increase the site traffic
• Ensure that every content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
• Ensure that audiences are delighted to interact with the brand by engaging and responding to them.
• Ensure public issues and queries are attended to and resolved empathetically as quickly as possible.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deeply understand and improve Chowdeck's product.
• Work with the marketing department to get and understanding of the short term and long term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly
• Collaborating with the design team to decide the brand taglines, catchphrases, aesthetics while maintaining consistency in brand personality and overall outlook
• Represent Chowdeck at self-hosted and external events

You'll be perf for this role if you:

• Have at least 1 - 2 years of creating and writing content.
• Eat, sleep and drink either or all of these: Tiktok, Instagram and Twitter
• Are mobile and go anywhere necessary to create or review visual contents

• Are an excellent writer and fluent in English, able to break down complex ideas into comprehensible bits.
• Are very intuitive and willing to garner knowledge from new experiences.

• Are still productive under pressure.
