Milano, MIMarketing runs the marketing activities of Condé Nast, including representing Condé Nast to promote and sell its products and services to individuals or other organizations, and supporting business growth by disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of Condé Nast and its products and services. Activities include identifying potential customers; managing existing customer relationships; monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends; market research; and developing and implementing advertising and publicity campaigns. Social Media Strategy is focused on building a social media platform presence to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to brand social media pages, and encourage potential customers to join brand social networks. They develop and implement social media strategies, promotions, contests, informational/entertaining content, etc. to encourage potential customers to join brand social networks and share content with others; work with content creators to update social media page content (e.g., blogs, podcasts, e-books, games, videos, product reviews, training/reference materials, etc.) in alignment with brand image; and monitor brand social networks, responding to questions, and collecting feedback on current and potential future products and campaigns.
