The Position

This exciting Social Media Lead position is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution and optimisation of Showpo’s social media presence, ensuring the brand is elevated, platform-native, and commercially impactful at a critical time as we look to further grow our US business! 

This role owns the social content ecosystem across key channels, driving strategic content planning, creator and community engagement, and performance-led optimisation. Working closely with Brand, Creative, Ecom and Marketing, the Social Media Lead ensures social content strengthens brand world, deepens audience connection, and contributes to business growth whilst also mentoring our more junior team members.

Day to day, you will:

• Own the execution of Showpo’s social media strategy in alignment with broader marketing and brand goals
• Oversee the creation of high-performing social content across video, stills, storytelling series and reactive moments
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Design, Ecom and Campaign teams to deliver integrated social rollouts
• Monitor social performance across reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile activity and assisted commercial outcomes and deliver regular reporting and insights that translate performance into actionable improvements 
• Ensure Showpo’s community engagement feels authentic, timely and aligned with brand voice
• Support paid social activity through briefing, creative alignment and performance monitoring
• Stay across emerging social trends, platform updates, tools and creator best practices and bring new ideas into execution 

Who are you?

• 3+ years experience in social media execution within a fast-paced brand environment (fashion desirable)
• Deep understanding of platform-native content, performance drivers, and social-first storytelling
• Required to confidently appear on camera, bringing a polished, brand-aligned presence and contributing to engaging team led content series
