Social Media is responsible for owning and executing DATAMARK’s organic social media strategy across relevant platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. This role develops and manages a cohesive content strategy that aligns with broader marketing objectives, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives. The candidate must have experience in BPO and in B2B marketing. This role will require managing a content calendar, creating graphics/content, and using data to improve performance in our social media strategy.
Requirements
The Social Media team will own and execute DATAMARK’s organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, high priority will be a focus on LinkedIn.
- This role must have experience in B2B marketing to be considered for the role. The social media marketer will Develop, manage, and optimize the social content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing, platform best practices, and cross-team alignment.
- This role must have BPO experience in social media. Scheduling and analytics tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social are preferred
- The social media marketing will create, curate, and oversee high-quality social content, including copy, basic visuals, and collaboration with designers for advanced creative.
- Support executive and SME thought leadership by drafting content and positioning DATAMARK as a leader in BPO, CX, and digital transformation.
- Partner with marketing, PPC, content, analytics, and HR teams to support integrated campaigns, demand generation, and employer branding initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on social performance, providing actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and visibility into trends and opportunities.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to draft, proof, and refine executive- and brand-level social content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- The ideal candidate for the social media will be skilled in social media analytics, have solid experience in BPO, highly skilled in B2B and LinkedIn marketing including the ability to review, validate, and interpret key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks, traffic contribution), and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Field Experience:
Preferred 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands, to be a success in this role the candidate must have BPO experience.
Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years experience managing social media for B2B brands
- 6-8 years of experience preferred
- Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn and/or other B2B social accounts
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for executive- and brand-level social content
- Skilled in social media analytics; able to interpret metrics and recommend optimizations
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Ability to create/curate content, produce basic visuals, and collaborate with designers for advanced creative
- Experience supporting executive and SME thought leadership on social channels
- Ability to manage community engagement, employee advocacy, and route inbound inquiries
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (marketing, PPC, analytics, design, HR, leadership)
- High attention to detail and ability to enforce brand standards and governance
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent social initiatives and meet deadlines
