We are seeking a talented individual to join the Enterprise Social Media team as a Social Media Specialist focused our brand, creating content and across reputation and crisis management. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland and work local business hours. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Social Media Expert is responsible for contributing to the planning and development of programs and campaigns in support of our brand and talent marketing. This individual will also work closely with other COE team members and agencies accountable for protecting our colleagues and the brand on social media. Daily this individual will work closely with the brand marketing team and the enterprise social media team, accountable for the social strategy and programs in support of their marketing priorities which includes envisioning the campaigns, building the content, working with agency partners and other stakeholders to activate the content externally, reviewing performance analytics, deciphering insights and making recommendations. Brand reputation and crisis management will also be a daily accountability, in partnership with agency partners and internal stakeholders. The role is a part of the Enterprise Social Media team.
We will count on you to:
Work with the enterprise social media team to develop social media programming and content for the brand and talent marketing, aligned to their marketing strategy, to deliver on key priorities.
Build and execute organic and paid social media campaigns for business corporate pages on social media.
Own daily brand and crisis monitoring through use of technology and hands-on across different social media platforms, bringing together findings, insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Champion employee advocacy as appropriate for each program. This includes collaborating in the development and execution of colleague training and best practices, raising awareness of how to use social media effectively and activating colleagues in support of marketing goals.
Lead weekly team meetings between social media and marketing stakeholders to discuss priorities, review programs in development and/or active and align on actions, creating a collaborative and transparent working culture together.
Contribute to presentations, scorecards and KPIs to measure social media and strategic marketing programs effectiveness.
Contribute to strategic projects as a part of the enterprise social media team focused on continuous growth and innovation.
What you need to have:
Must have a minimum of two years B2B social media experience, with practical knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Strong time-management and organizational skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proven ability to work both in a team setting as well as independently driving programs, with strong communications skills
Demonstrated ability to build a social media campaign from brief through to final social assets and post copy, demonstrating understanding of and application of social media channel best practices
