Social Media Executive

SellAnyCar is redefining the automotive industry, and we're looking for a creative Social Media Executive to join our team. You will create and manage engaging, trend-driven content across our social channels, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

• Create, edit, and publish compelling visual and video content across all major social media platforms

• Design marketing materials including thumbnails, graphics, and branded assets using tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign

• Develop and maintain platform-specific content guidelines to ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity

• Monitor trends, viral content, and emerging creators to continuously inform and evolve the content strategy

• Collaborate with the wider team on video concepts, storytelling angles, and platform growth strategies (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, vlogs, etc.)

• Optimise content for key performance metrics including retention, reach, shareability, and engagement

• Manage content calendars and deliver to strict deadlines without compromising creative quality

Who You Are

• You are genuinely passionate about social media, you follow creators, track trends, and understand what makes content pop

• You have a strong instinct for viral content and are fluent in the language of digital media: retention, shareability, ad breaks, algorithms, trending audio

• You are highly creative, solutions-oriented, and think beyond the obvious brief

• You bring impeccable work ethic and a sharp sense of humour;  both are non-negotiable here

• You are eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a team that takes its content seriously

• You work with urgency and can deliver high-quality output on fast turnaround

• Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective content formats

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite;  Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign at minimum

• Excellent command of written English with strong grammar, punctuation, and copywriting skills

• Understanding of content storytelling and what drives audience engagement and shareability

• Proven ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
