Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns to meet KPIs across funnel stages.
- Plan and deliver the organic social calendar, focusing on reach and engagement.
- Manage organic social relationships, including influencer platforms and agency partnerships.
- Capture and produce original BTS content for social platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute engaging content.
- Support multi-channel initiatives, including seasonal campaigns and partnerships.
- Stay informed on social trends and platform best practices.
About you:
- 2+ years in paid and organic social media marketing across platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and.
- Experience using Facebook Ads Manager to manage and optimise paid social activity (minimum 2 years). Experience with additional paid media channels including TikTok, Youtube and Display are not essential but a plus.
- Comfortable using Social Media Management tools such as Hootsuite for content management, scheduling and reporting.
- Comfortable managing budgets and reporting on performance.
- An analytical mindset with experience in Adobe Analytics preferred.
- Basic skills in image creation and editing.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
