Role Description
You will be delivering social media content curation, publishing plan, and monthly reporting for our clients. You are an expert in social media platforms and know the latest trends to publish content that is engaging and impactful to the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source social media content from existing global content platforms and curate the format and caption copy to fit the client’s brief,
  • Stay up to date with social media trends to propose social media content that is relevant and engaging,
  • Use social media management tool such as Sprinklr to schedule social media posts and gather social media platform performance data,
  • Prepare monthly social media report to analyse and report on the clients’ performance on social media with recommendations for improvements. Work closely with the internal team to derive insights from the reports for improvements and future campaign activation strategy or tactic,
  • Participate in regular regional and market calls to connect to the client and teams to build effective relationships, share best practices, answer any technical questions from the performance report, and help them as best as possible.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-year professional experience in social media management with good understanding of social media trends and algorithm requirements to boost engagement,
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and high level of attention to detail,
  • Ability to formulate and develop engaging social media caption copies would be a plus,
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt techniques based on requirements,
  • Able to work in a team and independently to meet deadlines,
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to strategize engaging content,
  • Deep understanding of social media behavior, trends, and familiarity with key social media channels.

Education and Other Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Public Relations and related field,
  • Familiarity with different social media platforms,
  • Ability to research current social media and digital media trends,
  • Possessing critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
