Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $1,600 – $2,200 USD/month

Must have a valid U.S. visa
Portfolio required (social media/content work)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to lead the company’s social media presence and support digital marketing initiatives.
This role is focused on content creation, digital marketing execution, and brand growth, while also supporting marketing initiatives such as trade shows and events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage social media content across all company channels
  • Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with business goals
  • Design and publish engaging digital content (with occasional print materials)
  • Support email marketing and digital campaigns
  • Assist with trade show marketing initiatives (directories, campaigns, communications)
  • Provide logistical support for events and trade shows (approx. 10% of the role)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and outreach
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Strong experience in content creation and social media strategy
  • Solid background in digital marketing
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level required)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with social media and marketing tools
Additional Requirements
  • Must have a valid U.S. visa
  • Ability to travel internationally for trade shows when required
  • Strong skills in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Comfortable working aligned with CST time zone

Skills Required

  • Strong experience creating engaging social media content for professional, technical, industrial, or B2B environments
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English
  • C1 English level required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms
  • Comfortable creating both written and visual content for digital channels
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
