- Develop, manage, and execute the social media strategy for 312 Sports and affiliated shows (Dan Bernstein Unfiltered, Forward Progress, Organizations Win Championships, and future titles).
- Create daily social content that drives audience engagement and downloads across YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategies based on what resonates with fans and grows reach.
- Build and manage the Social Media Content Calendar for all brands.
- Collaborate with hosts, producers, and editors to identify the most engaging audio/video clips and moments.
- Develop and implement creative ideas for original video, memes, and graphics that embody the 312 tone — witty, bold, and conversation-starting.
- Track social trends and identify real-time opportunities tied to Chicago sports moments, breaking news, or major games.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure consistency across platforms and alignment with overall brand goals.
- Act as a point person for talent regarding social media best practices, engagement strategy, and content optimization.
- Represent the 312 Sports brand with professionalism and creativity across all digital channels.
- Produce social content when needed — including nights and weekends tied to key games or breaking stories.

- 1-2 years of experience managing social media for a media, sports, or entertainment brand.
- Strong understanding of how to grow engagement and audience across major platforms (YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp, witty voice that fits 312’s “unfiltered” brand.
- Proven ability to ideate, produce, and publish social-first video and audio content.
- Deep understanding of analytics, audience development, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and thrive under fast-changing news and sports cycles.
- Comfortable working flexible hours — including evenings and weekends as the sports calendar demands.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Physical requirements:
- Sits or stands for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity to manipulate computer keys and other controls and equipment. Must have good vision and hearing and be able to discern video and sound on many platforms. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Requires the ability to think creatively and tactically and to articulate information in a clear and concise manner to others verbally and in writing.
