In this role, you’ll take ownership of coordinating, executing, and enhancing the social media efforts for our Mortgage Loan Officer Social Media Program across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with the Mortgage Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and market leaders to strengthen our brand, connect loan officers with clients, and elevate the company’s digital footprint. You’ll gain hands-on experience with social content management platforms (such as Hootsuite), digital reporting tools, and emerging social media trends. This position is designed to help you expand your digital marketing skills and grow into a future leader in social strategy.
Your duties will include implementing and monitoring our MLO social pages (on all channels) across the entire footprint with the following responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary social media coordinator for the MLO program and maintain the company’s voice, tone, while ensuring an adherence to established brand and compliance standards.
• Enhance marketing’s presence in new and emerging social media and how it fits into overall marketing mix and strategies.
• Provide 1 on 1 or group social media guidance and education for Mortgage Lenders and mortgage department leaders across the company’s footprint.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on the MLO social media program, highlighting engagement trends and actionable insights.
• Track and measure campaign ROI, identifying opportunities to improve performance and optimize reach.
• Drive ongoing program, process, and measurement improvements, as it relates to acquisition of metrics and campaign ROI.
• Develop resources, best practices, and process documents to aid the loan officers on the social media program to be proactive in building their individual brand.
• Collaborate with local market leaders and marketing executives across the company’s footprint.
• Collaborate with interns, peers, and others on the marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field preferred (internships or part-time roles count)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage own project tasks
An understanding of the social media landscape. Familiarity with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Social Studio, Sprout Social, etc.) strongly preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently
Creative thinker with a proactive mindset, passion for digital marketing, and ability to speak up and think creatively
Ability to work independently with a wide range of business stakeholders
Ability to drive a vehicle, must maintain a current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for bank insurance purposes
