What Make's You a Great Fit

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Strategist who can balance creative storytelling with operational excellence. You'll own our organic content calendar end-to-end—partnering with teams across the company to surface stories, drafting copy, collaborating with design and copy teams to bring assets to life, and ensuring our brand shows up in the right channels with the right voice. You'll also track performance and turn analytics into actionable insights to fuel growth.This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll set the content direction, but also publish directly, experiment, and push new ideas into the world.

This position requires onsite presence in the Palo Alto, California office from Monday to Wednesday each week.


How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Own and manage the company's content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Draft channel-specific copy and partner with design/copy teams to finalize posts, campaigns, and assets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to source stories and ideas that matter to our customers.
  • Stay plugged into cultural, industry, and platform trends to bring fresh ideas and ensure the brand shows up authentically.
  • Publish and manage posts in real-time, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency.
  • Track organic performance, compile analytics reports, and surface insights that inform strategy and future content.
  • Scrappily test, learn, and optimize—knowing when to double down and when to pivot.
  • Balance shifting deadlines and multiple projects with organization and precision.

Let's Connect If You:

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in social media, content marketing, or digital communications.
  • Proven ability to manage content calendars and social media accounts for brands across multiple platforms.
  • Strong writing skills with an instinct for channel nuance (LinkedIn vs. TikTok vs. YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • A creative thinker who consumes social and digital media like a customer, not just a marketer.
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools and ability to translate performance into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable juggling strategy and execution—able to zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to hit "publish."
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage changing priorities and fast-moving deadlines.
  • Collaborative spirit, with experience working cross-functionally with design, copy, and marketing teams.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in B2B or HR tech.
  • Background in video-first storytelling (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Familiarity with emerging AI tools for social listening, copy, and creative.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. 


Annualized Pay Range
$90,000$115,000 USD
