We are seeking a Social Media Content Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation. The intern will assist with brainstorming, producing, and editing social-first content, as well as supporting the development of content calendars for clients across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Assist with planning, shooting, and editing short-form social media content
- Collaborate with agency team to brainstorm creative content ideas, recurring series, and trend-based executions
- Conduct research on social media trends, topics, and formats to inform content development
- Support writing social media captions, prompts, and short-form video scripts
- Identify opportunities for social media engagement and audience interaction
- Organize and manage creative assets from content shoots
- Monitor emerging trends, sounds, and cultural moments for potential use in client content
Requirements
- Interest in social media marketing, digital content creation, or a related field (current student or recent graduate preferred)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Familiarity with video and photo editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms
- Strong written communication skills with an interest in developing engaging captions and scripts
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and social media trends
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute in a collaborative team environment
