JoomPro is the first end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We give everyone, anywhere in the world, the opportunity to order goods from factories in China easily and efficiently. After a successful launch in Brazil, we are now expanding to Mexico to bring seamless wholesale trade to new markets.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a platform for global shopping; JoomPulse, a data platform that provides analytics and recommendations for marketplace sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Portugal, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Social Media & Content Intern to join our team and support the growth of our social media presence. You will contribute to the creation, publishing, and monitoring of content across multiple channels and collaborate on various content production initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities

• Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok in alignment with the pre-established content calendar
• Assist in the production, editing, and publishing of digital content across various platforms
• Collaborate on diverse content initiatives, adapting to different formats, channels, and communication needs
• Support the creation of internal and external communications, including short texts, announcements, and institutional posts
• Monitor social media trends and contribute with creative suggestions to enhance engagement and brand presence

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising and Publicity, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields (preferably enrolled between the 3rd and 6th semesters)
• Advanced English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for social media, digital communication, and content creation
• Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor messages to different formats and audiences
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong ability to work in teams and collaborate across departments
• Availability to work on-site in our São Paulo office 4 times per week
