Social Media Content Creator

Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly creative, trend-aware, and performance-driven Creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our digital content strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging multimedia content while managing social media platforms to support brand growth, project marketing campaigns, and lead generation objectives.

This role requires both creative execution and strategic thinking, particularly within the real estate and investment domain.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, project videos).
• Create engaging content around real estate trends, investment opportunities, project launches, and property sales events.
• Write compelling scripts, captions, and hooks aligned with Zameen’s brand voice.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and sales campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor engagement (comments, DMs, inquiries) and coordinate with sales teams for lead follow-ups.
• Optimise content to drive qualified leads and conversions.
• Track analytics, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and influences for campaign execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InVideo, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and growth strategies.
• Excellent copy writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate real estate and investment concepts into engaging content.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative, proactive, and performance-driven mindset.
