Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to
support content creation across social media platforms, primarily through carousel
posts and digital guides.
This role is ideal for someone who understands personal branding,
storytelling, and premium audiences, and can transform existing content
into engaging visual formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Carousel
Content Creation (Primary Task)
Create 3–5 carousel posts per week
Convert:
- Medium
articles → carousels
- Existing
videos/reels → carousels
- Client
ideas → structured content
- Ensure
strong storytelling flow (hook → value → CTA)
- Maintain
a clean, premium, and professional design
- Content
Repurposing
Transform existing content into multiple formats
Maximize output from:
- Articles
- Videos
- Written
ideas
- Mini
Guides / Ebooks Creation
Design and format:
- Lead
magnets
Mini guides based on existing content
Package written material into clean, downloadable formats (PDF)
- Focus
primarily on design and structure, not writing from scratch
- (Optional
/ Future Scope) Video Editing
- Edit
long-form YouTube content (if skillset allows)
- Basic
editing: cuts, pacing, formatting
- Tools
may include DaVinci Resolve or similar
Tools & Platforms
- Canva
(primary design tool)
- Adobe
(optional)
- Medium
(for content sourcing)
- Instagram,
TikTok, YouTube
- AI
tools (ChatGPT or similar – preferred but not required)
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in carousel content creation
Good copywriting and content structuring skills
Ability to understand and simplify complex written content
Strong English comprehension (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Experience
with Canva
- Ability
to follow brand voice and tone
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with AI tools for content support
Basic video editing skills
- Experience
working with personal brands or coaches
Working Setup
- Start
with 10 hours per week (initial trial phase)
- Potential
to scale hours based on performance
