We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Budapest. This role is pivotal in enhancing Formlabs's online presence and engagement across various social media platforms, with a particular focus on scheduling, boosting engagement, maintaining brand standards, community management, and expanding our influencer network.
The Job:Social Media Management
- Work closely with creative and content teams, as well as in-house content creators to develop editorial calendars and fill Formlabs' social channels with high-quality, on-brand, engaging content.
- Execute editorial calendar that includes regular posts related to trade shows, events, product announcements, and other key activities.
- Expand and enhance Formlabs' global social media presence, developing localized content and strategies for our various markets and platforms.
Community and Influencer Management
- Identify and recruit new influencers who align with Formlabs's brand and values.
- Oversee and manage the activities of our existing influencer network, ensuring consistent and effective collaborations.
- Manage and grow Formlabs' presence on relevant forums, monitor discussions, and actively contribute to enhance visibility and engagement.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
- Demonstrate strategic goals with data, aiming for social media posts that increase brand awareness and marketing performance
- Provide regular reports on social media activities, performance, and insights to inform future strategies.
Potential Addition: PR and Media Relations
- Source and manage PR agencies to enhance Formlabs's presence in major media outlets.
- Manage press relations, including handling inquiries, drafting press releases, and organizing media events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists and media representatives.
- In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape and best practices across Instagram, X, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content and managing social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of community management and influencer marketing.
- Experience in analyzing social media data and demonstrating strategic goals with data.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Additional language skills, particularly in EMEA languages, are a plus.
- Experience in PR and media relations is desirable but not essential.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Budapest.
