ROLE SUMMARY:
The Community Manager plays a key role in bringing Anheuser-Busch’s brands to life through real-time, one-to-one engagement with consumers across social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and consumer experience—owning everything from daily interactions and content creation to identifying trends and managing risk.
You’ll be responsible for shaping how consumers experience our brands in the digital space—building authentic connections, creating culturally relevant content, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the voice of our brands across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.), engaging directly with consumers in real time
- Create meaningful, 1:1 interactions that build brand love, loyalty, and unforgettable consumer experiences
- Own the end-to-end consumer journey across social ensuring every touchpoint reflects the voice and standards of Anheuser-Busch
- Develop and publish engaging, on-brand content that taps into culture, trends, and what’s happening now
- Identify and respond to emerging trends, conversations, and potential risks—escalating when needed and staying ahead of the moment
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to resolve consumer needs and elevate the overall experience
- Support giveaways, promotions, and merchandise fulfillment to enhance engagement and brand affinity
- Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to share insights and qualitative feedback from real consumer interactions
- Leverage sound judgment to navigate sensitive or high-visibility situations with professionalism and brand alignment
- Build a deep understanding of Anheuser-Busch’s portfolio, brand positioning, and marketing strategies to ensure consistent and impactful engagement
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven ability (or strong interest) in managing social media platforms with an eye for what performs
- Deep understanding of internet culture, social trends, and what gets people to stop scrolling
- Strong writing skills with a sharp sense of tone, voice, and attention to detail
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop content that’s engaging, culturally relevant, and thoughtfully uses humor happens
- Highly organized and proactive with the ability to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and priorities without missing a beat
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and project management skills preferred
- Adaptable and energized by change, with a solutions-first mindset
- Flexible to support nights/weekends when content or moments call for it
- Open to relocation for future growth opportunities
