At Fabletics, we thrive on creating connections that resonate. We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Community Coordinator to help us build, engage, and grow our online community. What you will do:
- Content & Engagement: Help create and curate content across our social media platforms, focusing on engaging with our community. Jump on relevant trends and conversations to build rapport with followers. Threads, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
- Daily Community Management: Manage day-to-day public communications with our followers across platforms. Engage with followers on our posts and contribute to conversations with like-minded brands.
- Maintain Brand Voice: Ensure that all public interactions with our community align with the brand voice, creating a seamless and authentic experience for our followers.
- Trend Spotting & Participation: Stay on top of pop culture, memes, and internet moments. Know what’s trending before it’s trending, and work with the social media team to weave those moments into our strategy.
- Writing & Storytelling: Craft snappy, personality-driven copy that feels authentic and fun. Be an extension of our tone of voice, engaging with our community in a way that builds loyalty.
- User-Generated Content (UGC) Management:
Work closely with the Social Media teams to plan, organize, and collect UGC from content creators. Manage and track UGC, tagged photos, and customer submissions across platforms.
- Organize and label UGC photos to ensure seamless access for future use.
- Assist with Content Creation: Support the team in creating and curating content for social media channels, ensuring visuals and copy are in sync with the overall strategy.
- Trend Tracking: Keep track of trending conversations and topics within the community, offering valuable insights into what matters to our customers.
What you can bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in community management or social media coordination.
- A keen understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Creative writing skills with the ability to infuse personality into short-form content.
- A sharp sense of humor that is on-brand and resonates with our audience.
- Social savvy — you know what’s trending and how to join the conversation in real time.
- Self-starter attitude: you can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability — you’re cool under pressure, able to shift gears quickly when new trends or challenges arise.

The hourly range for this position is from $26.00-28.85 The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
