What You'll Do
- Develop and execute engaging content (text, image, video) across various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Plan MobileAction’s quarterly social media content calendar.
- Utilize social media scheduling tools to distribute content effectively.
- Support our employee advocacy program by creating and sharing content that highlights our company culture and values.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and contribute to overall marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Work closely with all departments (HR, sales, product, client & design) and ensure consistency across all brand touch points.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Social Sprout).
- Highly technical and comfortable with AI tools and prompt engineering to produce quality content at scale.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, iMovie or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)
