- Assist in the creation of visual and video assets using foundational tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Express, while collaborating with specialized designers and videographers to ensure all materials align with brand standards.
- Oversee the daily management of EiE's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads.
- Coordinate post scheduling, actively engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages, and monitor ongoing discussions regarding civic issues and governance news.
- Leverage real-time trends and breaking news to maintain EiE's relevance in current digital conversations.
- Monitor media mentions, evaluate campaign performance, and compile monthly communications reports.
- Facilitate digital mobilization efforts for key EiE initiatives, including #RSVP, #OfficeOfTheCitizen, and rapid-response advocacy campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate weekly and monthly reports, and propose strategic adjustments to expand reach and engagement.
- Identify potential reputational risks and collaborate with the communications team to draft accurate, timely responses to sensitive issues.
Skills Required
