This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and collaboration—leading social storytelling across platforms while identifying and managing partnerships that authentically extend the brand.

  • Ensure all partnership content and activations adhere to brand guidelines and campaign goals

Creator & Influencer Support

  • Initiate and execute creator and influencer collaborations tied to social and partnership initiatives
  • Lead briefing materials, content reviews, and oversee asset delivery
  • Along with agency partners, track creator content performance and support reporting and optimization

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor social performance metrics including engagement, reach, and audience growth
  • Compile performance recaps and insights to share with internal teams
  • Use learnings to optimize future content and partnership execution

Agency & Workflow Management

  • Support the management of agency partners and content workflows
  • Ensure deliverables are on‑brief, on‑brand, and delivered on time
  • Assist with budget tracking and project coordination
