Job description:
Social Media Management: Develop content calendars, create engaging posts (graphics, videos, text), manage community engagement, and track performance metrics.
Content Creation & Graphic Design: Design graphics, infographics, and promotional materials, create/edit short-form videos, and collaborate on blog posts and newsletters.
Digital Advertising: Plan and manage paid ads on social media and Google Ads, optimize for ROI, and conduct A/B testing.
Campaign Management: Create and execute marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and offline efforts like distributing flyers and organizing events.
Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, and suggest and implement strategies to improve brand engagement.
Requirements

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
Skilled in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Experience with digital ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Basic video editing skills (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for marketing.
