Our client offers a cloud-based, AI-powered platform that helps accounting, tax, audit, and bookkeeping professionals streamline operations and enhance productivity through an all-in-one solution.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a content calendar across blogs, social, email campaigns, and other channels.

  • With the assistance of LLMs like ChatGPT, write and edit engaging content: blog posts, newsletters, case studies, social media copy, ad copy, and video scripts.

  • Produce short-form and long-form content that supports SEO and lead generation goals.

  • Collaborate with our graphic designer to develop visual assets.

Social Media Management

  • Own and manage our social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

  • Plan and schedule social posts using HubSpot.

  • Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement.

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs and performance metrics for content and social campaigns (engagement, traffic, conversions).

  • Use insights to test, iterate, and optimize content for better performance.

  • Provide monthly reports and insights to inform future campaigns.

Collaboration & Branding

  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand aesthetic across all platforms.

  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to align messaging with feature releases, campaigns, and events.

  • Coordinate with industry thought leaders, partners, or customers for co-marketing content when applicable.

Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in content marketing and social media management.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot and ChatGPT.

  • Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X/Twitter.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-have Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services industries.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
