Position Summary

The Social Media & Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated social marketing campaigns, customer and internal events, sponsorships, and dealership branding efforts across multiple regions and product lines. This position serves as a key liaison between marketing, retail operations, sales, service, vendors, agencies, and community organizations to drive lead generation, customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Create and execute multi-channel social media marketing campaigns for agricultural & turf, compact construction, aftermarket, and used equipment segments.
  • Participate in the coordination of digital, social media, email, SMS, and direct marketing initiatives.
  • Work with agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop creative assets, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve lead generation and return on investment.
  • Manage promotional calendars and seasonal marketing initiatives across multiple regions.

Events & Trade Shows

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer-facing events, tent sales, fairs, trade shows, open houses, clinics, sponsorships, and community events.
  • Manage large scale company event logistics including venue selection, equipment displays, transportation, staffing, signage, promotional materials, giveaways, and vendor coordination. 
  • Provide local support for execution of events at store locations in similar fashion to large scale company events by providing templates and roadmaps for successful small scale events.
  • Coordinate event setup and teardown processes including equipment placement and inventory management for events and off-site displays.
  • Measure event participation, lead generation, and sales impact.

Brand Management & Communications

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, community partnerships, and public relations activities.
  • Create content for newsletters, email campaigns, social media, press releases, and promotional communications.
  • Manage promotional materials, branding assets, signage, displays, and swag inventory.
  • Support reputation management efforts and customer engagement initiatives.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Participate in managing event, sponsorship, promotional, and marketing budgets.
  • Evaluate sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
  • Negotiate with vendors, media partners, and event providers.
  • Monitor spending and ensure marketing investments align with business objectives.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track event performance, lead generation, and customer social media engagement metrics.
  • Analyze marketing data to improve targeting, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to leadership regarding social media campaign effectiveness, events and market opportunities.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, communications, event management, or related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, CRM systems, email and SMS marketing, and event planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and regions.
  • Agricultural, construction, turf, or equipment industry experience preferred.
