ARIVA Homes is looking for a creative, motivated, and social-media-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media & Content Creator. This role will focus on creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and helping showcase our homes, communities, and company culture across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Visit communities and model homes to capture content
- Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Write captions, post content, and help maintain a consistent brand voice
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments when needed
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote events, inventory homes, and company announcements
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new content ideas
- Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Support branding and marketing efforts across digital platforms
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Comfortable taking photos and filming video content
- Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in marketing, social media, photography, or real estate is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally to communities and events as needed
- Flexible schedule for occasional weekend or evening content/events
