Working directly with the Marketing Manager, you’ll leverage AI tools, master social platforms, and gain the hands-on mentorship needed to turn your creative intuition into a professional marketing toolkit. Your Responsibilities:
Brand Growth & Content

  • Content Lifecycle Management: Execute a strategic content calendar by developing, editing, and publishing high-quality visual and written assets across all primary brand channels.
  • Community Cultivation: Act as the daily voice of the brand, fostering meaningful engagement and managing our online reputation to build a loyal audience.
  • AI-Enhanced Publishing: Produce consistent, SEO-friendly blog content leveraging modern AI-assisted workflows to maximize efficiency and reach.
  • Multimedia Production: Provide end-to-end support for our podcast by conducting interviews, managing AI-driven editing, and extracting high-impact clips for cross-platform promotion.

Digital & Operations

  • Digital Infrastructure Support: Maintain an optimal user experience through regular website updates, content refinements, and essential backend management.
  • Presence Management: Proactively manage our digital footprint across map profiles and review platforms, ensuring professional engagement and a high-quality visual brand.
  • Project Coordination: Act as the central intake point for internal marketing requests, translating team needs into detailed project briefs for the Marketing Manager.

Strategy & Design

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and present regular growth reports, providing actionable insights into audience engagement and digital reach to help steer our marketing strategy.
  • Creative Asset Support: Provide design assistance by performing light graphic edits and updates to existing marketing collateral.

Who You Are

  • Tech-Adaptive: You are a digital native who masters new software, AI tools, and social platforms with ease and curiosity.
  • Growth-Minded: You are eager to move beyond "posting" and dive into the technical side of marketing, including SEO, analytics, and digital strategy.
  • Process-Oriented: You have a high attention to detail, a love for checklists, and a commitment to ensuring every piece of content is polished and professional.
  • High Energy: You bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to a collaborative team and aren't afraid to ask questions to get the job done.

Preferred Skills (A plus, but not required):

  • Creative Suites: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or mobile-first video editing tools.
  • Digital Platforms: Experience with WordPress, Meta Business Suite, or Google Workspace.
  • AI Tools: Exposure to generative AI workflows using tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
  • Content Management: Basic understanding of SEO principles or social media scheduling software.
  • Multilingual
