Facetune, Lightricks' flagship photo & video selfie editing app, is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Community Manager to elevate our brand presence and engage with our diverse user base of content creators, influencers, and social media enthusiasts.

Popular Pays, is a leading B2B web platform by Lightricks, connecting brands with creators to scale content production and campaigns through influencer marketing. We're seeking a skilled B2B Social Media and Community Manager to elevate our brand presence and foster relationships within the marketing and creator ecosystem.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms, while differentiating the strategies for Brands on one side, and creators on the other.
  • Create engaging content that highlights our value proposition, success stories, and industry insights
  • Help position Popular Pays as an AI industry leader, organically driving brands and creators into the platform. 
  • Build a community for our creators in the US, and engage them with our platform and brands through online efforts (newsletters, webinars, etc.) and offline events (conferences, dinners, happy hours, meetups, etc.)
  • Create and manage communities and partnerships with our leading partners: Amazon, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social efforts with broader lead generation and sales enablement initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform our content strategy
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports, focusing on engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and potential brand partners

Your skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B social media management, preferably in marketing technology or creator economy sectors
  • Proven track record of growing engagement and generating leads through social media
  • Proven experience in community management, both online and offline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling content
  • Strong understanding of B2B social media strategies,
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • A data-driven approach to strategy and content creation
  • Familiarly with influencer marketing and working with content creators - an advantage

Benefits: 

  • Expected salary range is $90,000-$120,000
