Modibodi is a leader in innovative, protective and sustainable apparel, dedicated to improving lives around the world. Our mission is to create better lives for all through groundbreaking, supportive designs, while building a business that delivers positive social impact for people and the planet.

As a global, purpose‑led brand, we use bold creativity, cultural relevance and community connection to change the way people think and talk about their bodies. Social is at the heart of how we show up in the world - and we’re looking for a Social Community Lead to help shape what’s next.

About the Role:

This is a social‑first role for a culturally fluent creative who lives and breathes platforms like TikTok and Instagram. As Social & Community Lead, you’ll own Modibodi’s social presence day to day - setting the tone, driving relevance with Gen Z audiences, and building a highly engaged community that fuels brand love and measurable growth.

You’ll blend storytelling with performance, move at the speed of culture, and work closely with creators, ecommerce and paid teams to ensure our content doesn’t just get seen - it connects.

What You Will Do:
  • Own Modibodi’s social‑first brand voice, content direction and day‑to‑day presence

  • Create and oversee culturally relevant, trend‑led content that resonates with Gen Z audiences

  • Balance brand storytelling with performance‑driven content across key social platforms

  • Build, manage and engage an active, loyal online community through real‑time interaction

  • Identify, onboard and manage creators and influencers, building strong long‑term relationships

  • Brief creators to deliver content aligned to brand and performance objectives

  • Track and analyze performance across reach, engagement and conversion, using insights to optimize content

  • Partner with ecommerce, paid media, marketing and creative teams to amplify high‑performing content

  • Support product launches and campaigns with social‑first thinking and execution

Who You Are:
  • You bring 3-5 years’ experience in managing social platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram

  • A strong content creator with a proven ability to deliver high‑performing, culturally relevant work

  • Deeply connected to Gen Z culture, trends and behaviors

  • Community‑focused, with experience building and engaging online audiences

  • Confident working with creators and influencers, from briefing through to optimization

  • Creative, fast‑moving and performance‑aware, with a strong instinct for what works on social

  • A collaborative communicator who thrives in a cross‑functional environment

  • Current, full and unrestricted working rights to work in Australia.

Experience across fashion, lifestyle or youth‑focused brands will be highly regarded, along with exposure to paid social and ecommerce collaboration. Experience working across international markets is also a plus, with an understanding of how to tailor content and community engagement for different audiences.
