As a Social Media Analyst at Stockbit, you will play a key role in shaping our brand voice on Instagram and beyond. You’ll ideate, create, and execute engaging content around stock investments, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and interact directly with our community of investors. This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a strong passion for finance and social media. As a Social Media at Stockbit, you will be responsible for:
- Assist in creating content for Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories) from ideation to publishing.
- Draft scripts and captions; present ideas to the team; and coordinate with designers.
- Support social media campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
- Join business trips to listed companies (emiten) to capture video content and draft scripts.
- Help manage Instagram DMs: respond to questions, complaints, and feedback.
- Prepare and assist in monthly social media performance reports.
- Contribute to building and executing Stockbit’s social media strategy through research and audience analysis.
- Maintain editorial calendars and posting schedules.
- Learn how to analyze content performance and optimize strategy with analytics tools.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work/internship experience in social media, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interest in stock investment and financial markets (Indonesia & US).
- Good writing and storytelling skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
- Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms (experience managing accounts during internship/college projects is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
