We are looking to hire a Social Media Account Management Executive. You will help build, manage, and grow online communities for our brands and clients.
You will post content, talk to members, keep the community safe, and organize a variety of events to keep the community engaged. You will also report regularly on what is working, what’s not working, and actively work to improve.
Essential Skills
- Community Management: Experience growing and engaging online communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack/Discord, Reddit, etc.).
- Account Management: Ability to manage client/team accounts and provide consistent updates.
- Organization & Follow-through: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines and execute strategies effectively.
- Tools Proficiency: Canva, basic video editing (CapCut/Descript), scheduling tools (Meta tools, Buffer, Hootsuite), and collaboration suites (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- AI Utilization: Skilled in using AI tools for research, content creation, and productivity.
- Writing Skills: Clear, empathetic, and on-brand communication style.
- Analytics Mindset: Comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan simple goals for the community and a basic monthly plan.
- Post content on a set schedule with clean visuals and short videos when needed.
- Talk with members, answer questions, and keep the space safe.
- Plan and run small events (AMAs, roundtables, or simple webinars).
- Find and support member champions and invite them to engage within our communities.
- Regular reporting on performance, analyzing what’s working, what’s not working, and suggesting next steps.
