Your role
We're looking for a Social & Labour Relations Lead to shape and manage our labour relations strategy across the EMENA region, while holding operational responsibility for labour and social matters at our French manufacturing sites. Based in France, you'll support local HR teams, partner with employee representatives, and advise leadership across multiple countries.
- Operational lead for social relations at French sites
- Strategic responsibility across EMENA countries
- Partner to HR, legal and leadership on labour topics
- Key voice in collective negotiations and policy implementation
What you'll do
- Lead labour relations for plants in France (Matougues, Harnes, Béthune)
- Develop and implement the EMENA labour relations strategy
- Manage dialogue with works councils and unions regionally
- Coordinate European Works Council processes and meetings
- Support collective bargaining, restructuring communications and change initiatives
- Monitor legal developments and advise on risk and compliance
- Coach HR and leaders on social dialogue and conflict resolution
- Ensure consistent and inclusive policy implementation across EMENA
What you bring
- Degree in HR, Law, Business or related field
- Strong experience in labour relations in France and ideally across EMENA
- In-depth knowledge of French and European labour law
- Proven success in negotiations and union relations
- Fluent in English and French; additional EMENA language(s) a plus
- Excellent communication, diplomacy and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across cultures and adapt to complex environments
- Willingness to travel across the region
