What we are looking for:
Amsive is looking for a Social & Influencer Coordinator with an analytical mindset and a keen eye for brand aesthetics. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has experience managing multiple client accounts. In this role, you’ll support our social media management and influencer programs, contributing to the development of innovative, data-driven strategies.
What you will be doing:
- Assist in developing and publishing creative content across platforms (like TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, X) while ensuring brand consistency.
- Help plan and manage content calendars and support the creative direction of posts.
- Monitor social media performance using dashboards and analytics tools; compile reports with insights and recommendations.
- Support the creation and optimization of paid social campaigns (e.g., using Facebook Ads Manager) to boost reach and engagement.
- Assist in identifying, recruiting, and tracking suitable influencers for campaigns, and help with outreach and initial negotiations.
- Support the cultivation of long-term relationships with influencers and influencer management agencies by maintaining regular follow-up communications and tracking performance metrics.
- Utilize tools like Asana for task management and Sprout Social for scheduling and analytics.
- Research social media trends and industry developments to inform content and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with creative teams (copywriters, designers) to develop and write compelling content.
- Participate in client meetings, providing updates on social performance and strategy adjustments.
Who you are:
- 1–2 years in social media marketing or agency settings, ideally with exposure to managing multiple client accounts.
- Proficient with social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Falcon.io, Brandwatch), Asana, and platform Ads Managers; familiarity with analytics dashboards and basic reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- A self-starter who is passionate about learning, innovative in problem-solving, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- Experience or an interest in working across diverse industries including healthcare, finance, B2B, and CPG.
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
- A balanced approach that values diligence and a fun, supportive work environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Always doing the right thing, building trust with clients and teammates alike.
