About the Role:
This role sits at the intersection of culture, content, and creativity ideal for someone fluent in digital storytelling, agile in execution, and deeply attuned to what performs on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. This ideal candidate has vast experience working on 360 campaigns. You’ll lead the charge in developing compelling, high-performing social content across campaign launches, evergreen storytelling, and real-time, trend-driven moments, spanning everything from editorial drops to live activations and creator collaborations.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day content ideation and creative development across social platforms
Concept, storyboard, and direct visual and motion content in partnership with editors and producers
Stay on top of emerging trends, visual languages, and creator formats to infuse into brand storytelling
Write engaging social copy and scripts with a sharp sense of tone, timing, and cultural relevance
Partner closely with internal creative and strategy teams to pitch ideas and build content calendars
Attend and creatively support on-site productions capturing BTS content or directing social-first moments
Ensure all content is on-brand, on-strategy, and optimized for performance across channels
4–6 years of experience in social-first creative (agency, brand studio, or in-house content)
Deep understanding of how to make content that resonates on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Strong visual eye and experience briefing or working alongside designers, editors, and creators
Culturally curious, trend-savvy, and plugged into the zeitgeist
Passion for wellness, luxury, lifestyle, and fashion brands
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva/Figma (not mandatory but helpful)
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
Compensation: $4-5k
