  • Create platform-appropriate copy, visuals, and short-form assets that drive engagement, visibility, and thought leadership

  • Partner with subject matter experts, executives, and Director of Content to translate ideas into compelling social narratives

  • Serve as the internal expert on social trends, tools, formats, and performance optimization

Visual Content & Graphic Support

  • Support the development of digital and social creative assets, including:

    • Campaign and event assets

    • Internal communications visuals

  • Collaborate with the communications and brand team on larger brand initiatives while executing lightweight, day-to-day creative needs independently

  • Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and elevate the overall digital aesthetic

Internal Communications & Employee Amplification

  • Partner with Internal Comms, HR, and Leadership to support internal announcements, campaigns, and storytelling

  • Support employee advocacy initiatives to amplify company news, culture, and thought leadership externally

  • Ensure consistent tone and clarity across internal and external digital communications

Digital Campaign & Content Activation

  • Collaborate with communications and brand team to activate content across social and digital channels

  • Support multi-channel campaigns including social, email, website updates, and event promotion

  • Assist with content distribution strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and impact

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Define KPIs for social and digital programs tied to brand and campaign goals

  • Track and analyze performance across social and digital platforms

  • Provide regular reporting and insight-driven recommendations to stakeholders

  • Test and iterate on formats, messaging, and channels to continuously improve results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business

  • 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media–led marketing roles

  • Proven expertise building and scaling social media programs for brands

  • Strong copywriting skills across short- and long-form digital content

  • Experience creating or supporting visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

  • Familiarity with internal communications, employee engagement, or employer branding

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing analytics and performance measurement

  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
