About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Social & Creator Marketing Manager to lead Reolink´s social media and creator marketing activities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This role will own the DACH social and creator strategy, translating global brand and business priorities into locally relevant activities, building strong relationships with creators and communities, and continuously improving marketing effectiveness based on performance and consumer insights.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing DACH, local and global marketing teams, the ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and knows how to build relevant brand presence and communities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, while turning creator partnerships into both brand and commercial impact.
This is an opportunity to shape and grow Reolink´s social and creator marketing approach across DACH within a fast-growing international brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own Reolink’s social media and creator/KOL strategy across the DACH region, aligned with global brand direction and regional business priorities.
- Own the regional social media channel strategy, editorial direction, content priorities, community approach, and performance optimization across relevant platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, while continuously evaluating emerging platforms and formats.
- Translate global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives into locally relevant social and creator activations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Develop and manage the DACH creator/KOL portfolio, including identification, evaluation, selection, briefing, relationship management, and performance review.
- Develop creator partnerships across brand, product launch, performance and affiliate use cases, selecting the right collaboration model based on the respective objective.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with strategically relevant creators, influencers, and partners across the region.
- Identify consumer, cultural, creator, and platform trends across DACH, recognize relevant differences between Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and translate these insights into actionable marketing opportunities.
- Define clear objectives and KPIs for social and creator activities, manage regional budgets, and continuously optimize content, partnerships, and investments based on performance.
- Work closely with Creative, PR, Sales/Retail, Product, and other marketing functions to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Provide strategic direction, regional market context, and clear briefs to HQ-based teams and external partners supporting DACH execution.
- Use AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve research, content development, creator discovery, analysis, and marketing efficiency, and share relevant learnings with regional and global stakeholders
What you bring to the team
- 4+ years of relevant experience in social media, creator/influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related marketing field.
- Proven experience developing and managing social media and/or creator strategies, not only executing individual campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the DACH social media, creator, and digital landscape, with hands-on knowledge of major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, their content formats, audience behaviors, and measurement approaches.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, evaluating, briefing, and managing creators or influencers.
- Strong understanding of how social and creator marketing can contribute to both brand-building and commercial objectives.
- Analytical and commercially minded, with experience using performance data and KPIs to optimize marketing activities and investments.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across regional and global teams in an international environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-reliant, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.
- Native-level German and proficient English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
- Experience in consumer electronics, technology, e-commerce, smart home, or another fast-moving consumer category is an advantage.
- Confident use of AI tools to improve marketing quality, speed, and effectiveness while maintaining strong human judgment and brand standards.
