Responsibilities
- Evaluate requests, build out scopes, assist with timeline development, and advise on Producer allocation and resourcing
- Writing and reviewing client scopes for accuracy
- Partners with the account teams, production, creative and finance leads across channels to ensure a smooth process, proper resource allocation, and a superior end result
- Possesses an in-depth understanding of various social content platforms and tools, and brings process innovation in how we manage our engagements.
- Develops and maintaining scopes, timelines and budgets
- Coordinates and partners with Edelman’s integrated production network to ensure projects are staffed appropriately so that campaign launches are successful, and work is completed
- Point person for the Edelman network to assess client asks against Creator capabilities
- Liaises with clients/agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, briefs, assets, technical specifications
- Responsible for partnering with the Business Affairs team to manage and plan talent contracts
- Work with finance team to manage SOs, financial reporting, tracking, billing against all project budgets
- Liaise with Production and talent for delivery of various projects
Basic Requirements
- 5 years of project management or production experience in an agency or production company
- Solid understanding of production and the creative development process, content production, Creator negotiations, and digital best practices
- A professional and approachable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic highly matrixed agency environment
- Seasoned Problem Solving
- Accountability and calm, confident presence
- Natural and effective collaborator
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. Sharepoint etc.
