Are you ready to rethink your routine? As a Social Content Manager, you will report to the Head of Social & Community and sit within the Social and Community team within Marketing.

We are on the search for a dynamic, creatively ambitious and strategic Social Content Manager to join our Social and Community team. This pivotal role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in social media content execution and strategy, who is social-obsessed and who thrives on managing and mentoring a team. You will be instrumental in bringing our brand’s voice and vision to life across all social channels, working closely with the internal Creative team.

The Role 
Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Develop and execute the global social media content strategy, aligning with overall marketing objectives to drive increased brand awareness, engagement and growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 3 Social Content Coordinators, fostering their professional growth and development. Support with effective workload management and nurture a collaborative team environment.
  • Own the  daily ideation and planning of compelling content across all Trinny London and Trinny Woodall social channels.
  • Ownership of creative asset briefs to support all new product launches, events and always-on campaigns delivering best-in-class creative content. 
  • Connect the Social and Creative teams by acting as the primary bridge between the two teams, ensuring flawless communication, efficient workflows and the timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Foster a culture of creativity within the Social team by leading on brainstorming and the development of innovative and engaging new social content ideas. 
  • Oversee the feedback and sign-off process for all Design and Video social content, ensuring all content is social-first, thumb-stopping, relevant and on brand with support from the Coordinators. 
  • Support the team by reporting on KPIs and asset performance insights, helping to inform the social content strategy. 
Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Management level experience in social media, content, and/or community roles — ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • A proven track record in planning and delivering social-first assets and strategies that drive engagement and reach. 
  • Deep understanding of latest social media trends, algorithms, best practices, audience behaviour & tools -with a passion for storytelling, content, and culture.
  • Team Management experience; with the ability to motivate, mentor, and grow early-career talent. 
  • Comfortable executing tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you thrive on working cross-functionally to deliver results.
  • Ability to  analyse data and derive insights to inform decisions
  • Ability to provide hands-on support with content creation, such as low-fi asset capturing, short-form video editing and shooting reactive content would be a bonus.
